El Lounge began with a simple conviction: that the finest ice cream comes from patience, not speed. In 2018, we opened our doors on Alexandria Drive with a single freezer and a commitment to small-batch craftsmanship.
Today, every flavor is developed in-house, aged for a full day, and churned using traditional methods. We source our dairy from Kentucky farms, our vanilla from Madagascar, and our chocolate from single-origin bean-to-bar producers across the Americas.
